A Rochester man has been charged with arson in connection with a fire at a high rise apartment building earlier this month.

The arson task force has charged Keith Saddock with a felony count of arson in connection with the fire on March 10th at the Southview Towers complex on South Avenue.

Officials say a fire had been set in a hallway on the 16th floor. Saddock was ordered held for arraignment.
