A 24 year old Greece woman has been indicted on three charges in connection with the guns she bought that ended up being used to kill two firefighters and injure two others.

The U.S. Attorney's office says that Dawn Nguyen faces charges of knowingly making a false statement when she bought a shotgun and a semi-automatic rifle at Gander Mountain in Henrietta in 2010. Authorities say she bought the guns for Spengler, which he wasn't allowed to have because he was a convicted felon.

The guns were allegedly used by Spengler in last December's ambush.

Another charge in the indictment alleges that Nguyen herself illegally possessed the guns because she was illegally using marijuana.

If convicted, each charge carrues a maximum of ten years in prison. Nguyen remains free without bail at this time.
