A New Jersey woman is facing an arson charge in connection with a fire this week at an apartment building on Copeland Street in Rochester.

It happened Monday night when firefighters found a small kitchen fire. They determined it was intentionally set and later found 18 year old Luchina Moore at the Amtrak station waiting to get a train. She was taken into custody and charged with felony arson.

Authorities believe the fire stemmed from a dispute involving some occupants of the building and Moore.
