A 28-year-old man  is receiving treatment at Strong Hospital after he was shot in Rochester early Sunday morning.

The shooting happened at 51 High Street just after 4:45 a.m.

     City Police say he was shot in the upper body that his injuries are not life threatening.

Police also say they found a 21-year-old that had minor injuries to the face and he was treated at the scene.

Investigators are trying to determine what led to the shooting but have no leads at this time.
