Rochester Police have identified the victim of the city's latest homicide.
He is 31 year old Adjaukumar Graham of the city. Police were called to a report of shots fired Monday night on Second Street.
When they got there, they found Graham dead at the scene, lying on the sidewalk in front of a house at 17 Second St.
There's no word yet of any suspects or a motive and police are asking anyone with information to call 911.
