A Yates County man is accused of having sexual contact with a farm animal.

It happened in the Town of Barrington. Deputies have charged 52 year old Raymond Arthurs of Dundee with sexual misconduct involving an animal, and also with criminal trespass.

It's alleged that Arthurs went onto private property and had sexual contact with a farm animal. Reportedly it was a horse.

Arthurs was ordered held on bail on those misdemeanor charges and he is due back in court in March.
