A Webster woman has pled guilty in connection with robbing some businesses in that town.
55 year old Barbara Cotie has pled guilty to one count of robbery as part of a plea agreement. Previously, she was indicted on two counts of robbery and one count of attempted robbery.
Cotie pled guilty to robbing an emploee at a Mark's Pizzeria in Webster last November. She had also been accused of trying to rob a florist in Webster and a Pizzeria in Penfield.
She is expected to be sentenced to three and a half years in prison when she returns to court in April.
Cotie pled guilty to similar charges for an armed robbery at a pizzeria in Walworth, Wayne County, and she is expected to face an identical sentence there that will run the same time as the Monroe County sentence.
