Canandaigua's library will be closed again on Wednesday because of significant water damage from a burst pipe in the sprinkler system. The water damage happened Monday, and the library director says about 75 percent of their adult fiction books have water damage.

She says the library will send the books to a document restoring company, which will use a freeze dried process to try and salvage the books.

The library is insured and it's hoped that will cover the cost of replacement whatever books cannot be salvaged.

The Wood library is the only one in Canandaigua, but it's part of the Pioneer library system which covers Livingston, Ontario, Wayne and Wyoming counties
