Rochester Police have made an arrest in connection with a death on Tacoma Street in the city.

Police have charged 23 year old Marcellus Timmons of the city with second degree murder.

Officers were called to a possible burglary in progress on Wednesday morning, and found the body of 52 year old Todd Davidson of Rochester.  The cause of death is pending a report from the medical examiner.
