The U.S. Attorney's Office has charged a Georgia man with illegally selling dozens of guns to a person who then sold them in Rochester.

Officials say that 32 year old Liddon Young of Atlanta illegally sold more than 45 guns and hundreds of rounds of ammunition to a Rochester-based associate over the last four months. They say that after buying the guns from Young, that person then sold the guns to various others in the Rochester area.

Authorities say that during the investigation, they recovered 14 handguns, more than 800 rounds of ammunition and a bullet proof vest.

Young faces charges that include conspiracy to deal in firearms without a license.
