A grand jury has  indicted an Ontario County woman on charges of murder, tampering with evidence and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly killing her husband last year.

Rose Chase allegedly pushed her husband, Adam, down a flight of stairs, killing him, in June.

She’s now accused of dismembering his body and taking it to her mother’s house to dispose of it. She also allegedly had her son in her car while the decomposing body parts were in the back seat.

Deputies found what are believed to be Adam Chase’s remains in December. Chase pled not guilty to the charges at her arraignment.

She is being held on $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
