State Police say they recovered 450 pounds of marijuana after the arrest of two men in Orleans County.

It happened in the Town of Clarendon. Police arrested two Jamaican nationals, 29 year old Roderick Johnson of Rochester and 37 year old Calvin Bennett of the Bronx.

The men were arrested as part of an investigation into the trafficking of marijuana in the Greater Rochester area. Police say when they arrested the pair, they had a container which had a few pieces of office furniture and 9 cardboard boxes. Each box had about 50 pounds of pot. The men are being held on bail in Orleans County.
