The U.S. Attorney's office has charged a Rochester man with making false bomb threats to Kodak.

31 year old Fadhel Mohammed  is accused of making 21 calls to 911 claiming that a terrorist was going to bomb Kodak.  The federal complaint alleges that during one phone call, Mohammed said that "terrorists were going to blow up the big Kodak."

Because of the 911 calls, it resulted in emergency responses by Rochester Police and fire departments.

The charge came after an investigation by the Rochester Joint Terrorism Task Force and the FBI.
