A Monroe County Court judge on Thursday found a Rochester man guilty of manslaughter in the death of a city teen.
In a bench trial, Judge John DeMarco found 21 year old Devonte Moorer guilty of manslaughter in the June 2011 stabbing death of 18 year old Calvin Reid. It happened at Avenue D and Hudson Avenue.
The incident was captured on surveillance video, but authorities say despite the fact there were over a dozen bystanders eyewitnesses had refused to come forward.
