Rochester Police have identified the victim in a fatal crash in the northwest part of the city last week.

They say that 29 year old Roger Fountaine of the city was killed in the accident when he lost control of his car and it struck a tree on Bennington Drive. Fountaine was pronounced dead at the scene.

His passenger, 26 year old Christopher Snider of Rochester, was treated at Strong Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
