Livingston County Deputies say an accident involving a school bus on Thursday afternoon resulted in some minor injuries.
It happened at about 3:30 a.m. at Route 39 and Littleville Road. The bus had seven students on board. It was preparing to stop in front of a house when it was rear ended by a car.
Two students on the bus, ages 9 and 12, were taken to Strong Hospital to be checked over for head and neck pain. The bus driver had a neck injury.
The driver of the car, 33 year old Joseph Szwaczkowski was ticketed for following too closely. Deputies say driver distraction, and sun glare were also contributing factors in that accident.
