Greece Police have arrested a man from that town after an elderly man was robbed on Friday morning. 

It happened at about 10:00 a.m. in front of the Key Bank at 3636 Dewey Avenue. 28 year old Nicholas Maggi is accused of approaching the elderly man who was leaving the bank, and forcibly taking his money. The victim suffered hand injuries as a result of the struggle. 

Greece officers found Maggi on W. Ridge Road on Saturday afternoon and arrested him without incident. 

He now faces charges of  robbery, assault and grand larceny.
