There's word from various media and industry websites that JK Imaging, the company that recently announced it would be making cameras and other consumer products, using the Kodak name, is out with its first digital camera.
Reportedly is what is called a "micro four thirds camera." Those cameras offer interchangeable lenses and a smaller size than traditional digital single lens reflex cameras.
There aren't a lot of details released yet, except that the new camera, called the 'S-1' at this point, includes WiFi connectivity. The camera is expected to be released later this year.
As part of its restructuring, Kodak is getting out of the consumer digital camera market.
