An 18 year old from Greece is charged with aggravated harassment after allegedly threatening someone on Facebook.

According to police - they were alerted to a video posted on YouTube. The video showed a burning piece of clothing and included verbal threats and racist slurs by the participants. 

As a result of the investigation - police arrested 18 year old Nicholas Robare and charged him with Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd degree.
 
It is alleged in court documents that Robare sent the video to the victim's Facebook wall from the defendant's Facebook account and that the video contained threats of physical harm.
