Rochester Police have released more information about an incident Monday night where three people, including two officers, suffered minor injuries.

It happened in the 1600 block of St. Paul Street. Authorities say that Officers Richard and Kevin Flanagan were investigating drug activity in the area when several males ran away.

One man suddenly stopped running and lay down in the middle of the street. As the officers were trying to take him into custody, a vehicle struck the three of them, causing minor injuries to all three.

No charges will be filed against the man who was lying in the road. But the driver, 35 year old Singh Gurvinder, was ticketed for failure to yield.
