Rochester Police have made a second arrest in connection with an murder that happened on Saxton Street earlier this year.

Police have charged 25 year old Charles Perkins of Rochester with second degree murder and assault.

Last week, police arrested 31 year old Kenyada Peterkin of the city on similar charges.

The two men are accused of killing 25 year old Robert Vinson of Rochester last May. Another man was injured. Police believe the victims may have been involved in a dice game just prior to the shooting when a fight broke out.
