A grand jury has indicted a Brighton teen on a felony charge after the car he was driving crashed into a school bus on Warren Avenue last month.
In October, 16 year old John Zakhary pleaded not guilty to charges of speeding, failing to stop at a stop sign, and having more people in his car than his junior license allows.
He's accused of driving recklessly in an accident that seriously injured his friend, Scott Collins. The case will now be heard in Monroe County Court.
We don't know yet what felony charge Zakhary has been indicted on. That won't be made public until the grand jury rises.
