Rochester Police say a city man suffered serious injuries in a shooting late Thursday night. It happened just before midnight, when officers responded for multiple calls to 911 and activation of the ShotSpotter system.

When they got there, they found A 33 year old man lying in the street in front of 404 Emerson Street. He was taken to Strong Hospital. There's no word yet of any arrests
