Ontario County deputies say that a 32 year pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle Saturday night on Route 96 in Farmington.

Deputies say that Quincy Meeks of Rochester was hit by a car driven by 23 year old Jessica Guzewicz of Manchester. She was traveling east on 96 when her car hit Meeks, who was walking in the road.

No charges have been filed but the investigation is continuing.

Route 96 was closed for several hours during the accident investigation.
