Despite still being in Chapter 11, Kodak is announcing it will extend its relationship with CVS Pharmacy through 2016.

 CVS operates 7400 stores across the U-S and is the largest customer of Kodak's picture kiosk business.

CVS has over 15,000 Kodak picture kiosks in its stores. As part of this deal, CVS will upgrade that equipment.

The new contract will still need to be approved by the bankruptcy court when a hearing is held on December 7th
