Ontario County Deputies have now filed charges against the Canandaigua Academy teacher already charged by police in Canandaigua.

Deputies say that 44 year old Lisa Footer of Manchester is facing charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child after they learned she had sexual contact with a 16 year old boy in her residence back in July and also at a location in Canandaigua on November 10th.

Police believe Footer had an ongoing relationship with the teen over the last several months. The victim is a student at Canandaigua Academy, but at this point officials say there is no evidence to suggest she had exual contact with the teen on school grounds.

She has been placed on administrative leave by the school district.
