Police have released more information about the man whose body was found in a creek after Thursday night's Bills' game.

He is identified as  26-year-old David Gerken Jr. of Palmyra who was reported missing after attending the game.

Gerken was found in a stream at the bottom of a ravine Friday morning near Ralph Wilson Stadium.

Police say Gerken's brother told authorities he'd been ejected from the game, apparently for being intoxicated. They had made arrangements to meet up after the game at Tailgaters, a bar near the stadium.

The brother reported Gerken missing when he wasn't at the bar.

Police used a helicopter and a cell phone signal to help find the body.

Preliminary autopsy results show hypothermia and accidental drowning may have played a role in Gerken's death
