The Rochester Arson Task Force has charged a city woman with setting two fires over the last year.

The first one happened last New Year's Day at 104 Manor Parkway. There was a fire in the basement of that building where 32 yea rold Marcia Mitchell lived. There was heavy damage in that building, but no injuries.

Then, on October 25th, on the same street, firefighters were called to an apartment on fire at 106 Manor Parkway. The apartment belonging to Mitchell was on fire. Two tenants in the building suffered injuries.

Mitchell now faces charges of arson and assault, all felonies, and she was ordered held in jail pending another court appearance.
