Ontario County Deputies are releasing more details about a fatal pedestrian accident in Manchester.

It happened just after Noon on Monday on Route 21. Deputies say that 57 year old Isidro Ramirez of West Bloomfield was driving his minivan north on Route 21 when he crossed the center of the road.

His vehicle hit a flatbed trailer that was attached to an SUV driven by 33 year old Danny Tingue of Richmond.

Tingue lost control of his vehicle, and the trailer struck 35 year old Tabitha Harris of Manchester who was walking along the shoulder of the road. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ramirez's minivan collided with a utility pole, causing the pole to break off.

Ramirez was ticketed for failure to keep right.
