Rochester Police have made an arrest in connection with a bank robbery that happened on Monday. It was at the First Niagara branch inside the HSBC building on Chestnut Street.
Police have charged 42 year old Sindy King with robbery and grand larceny. Police say she had passed a note to a teller demanding money.
Police say King previously was arrested after robbing a Key Bank downtown in September. She had pled guilty to that crime, and as part of her sentence, has been attending mental health court.
She had just been released from custody on October 30th.
