The number of power outages in our area continued to grow overnight.

As of around 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday RG & E reported over 22,000 customers without power in Monroe County, and more than 2600 in Wayne County.

NYSEG had reported around 500 without power in Wayne County, and about 400  without electricity in Wyoming County. They also had around 275 without power in Ontario County.

National Grid had scattered outages throughout Western NY.

Utilities have warned that it could take days for all power to be restored.
