A Rochester-area woman was honored at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland this week.
Judy Herlihy, who recently retired and is an avid music fan, was making her first visit to Cleveland when 500 balloons dropped down greeting her as the 9 millionth visitor to the Hall of Fame.
Among her prizes: a lifetime membership to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, and a merchandise package.
