Monroe County deputies have made an arrest in connection with the shooting on June 18th in Wheatland that seriously injured a Rochester man. Deputies have charged 20 year old Vincenzo Zagari of Manitou Road in Parma with first degree assault.

He was arrested after 42 year old Angel Figueroa was found with a gunshot wound to the torso on Smith Road. Figueroa is still in guarded condition at Strong Hospital.

Zagari was ordered held on 100-thousand dollars bail. There's no word yet on a motive for the shooting.
