But a real guy, a true "bro," would most likely prefer to spend his four or five years partying like a real men. Inmates sue beer and wine companies for $1 billion

"If I was not an alcoholic, the shooting would never have happened," Jeremy Brown stated in an affidavit. He and four other inmates in Idaho are representing themselves in a $1 billion lawsuit against several alcohol companies. Anheuser-Busch, Coors, Miller Brewing and Jim Beam Whiskey are being accused by these men of fueling their crimes — which include manslaughter, aggravated battery and grand theft — because of the addictive nature of alcohol. The fact that millions of people use these substances every day without incident might make it a difficult case. Of course, if it does go through, there will probably some lawsuits against Jose Cuervo for pain and suffering caused by all those scandalous Spring Break photos on Facebook. 

Drink hot chocolate from an orange mug (but not red) for maximum taste

Next time you grab a mug to make yourself some sweet, delicious hot chocolate, take an extra second to choose an orange or cream-colored one. Researchers from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the University of Oxford prepared hot chocolate in from four differently colored cups — red, white, orange and cream — and fed it to 57 lucky subjects, who reported a better taste from the latter two colors.

The sweetness and aroma of the chocolate wasn't affected by the cups' color, so the results confirm that what we see plays a big role in our perception of taste.

An autopsy has found that Dallas Cowboys was sober when he was killed in a crash that led to an intoxication manslaughter charge against the teammate at the wheel.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office reported Thursday that Brown died of head and neck trauma when their vehicle overturned. He had a dislocated neck, a severely bruised spine and a blood alcohol content of 0.056 percent. That's well below the Texas drunken driving standard of 0.08 percent.
Police have said Cowboys nose guard Josh Brent  who was driving, had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit when after the Dec. 8 crash in Irving, a Dallas suburb. He remains free on $100,000 bond.
Police say neither man was wearing a seatbelt.
