When that warmer day comes, and it will come, stop at Buckman’s Car Wash and wash that salt off your vehicle! The more you wash your car and keep the salt off the more it will benefit you in the long run. Granted salt takes time to cause the damage we see in the car’s exterior but it’s the hidden spots where we don’t see that the salt can do damage sooner. Salt has to go through the coating, the prime, into the bare metal and then the exterior will begin to show the effects but on the hidden parts of your car the salt can begin to show signs of rust much sooner. Get your car washed frequently in the winter!
Did you know that if you park your car in a warm garage and the ice on it melts you are at a higher risk that the salt is going to damage your car? Rust forms when moisture and oxygen combine on metal and salt accelerates that process.
Buckman’s Car Wash has 6 convenient locations in the Rochester and surrounding areas. They offer the Buckmans Club Card Daily Wash Pass for as low as $19.99 a month! Your vehicle is an investment. Why not treat it right with a Car Wash Plan from Buckmans?
Whatever area you are in; Brighton-Rochester, Chili, Spencerport, Brockport, Greece, Penfield, stop by Buckman’s as soon as that warmer day comes and get that salt off your vehicle!

The end of winter usually has Western New Yorkers feeling a bit on edge and the moment the weather takes a turn we feel instantly better. Sadly that's not the case for everyone. Please take a moment to consider how fortunate you really are and if you are able please help those less fortunate. You may click on any of the wonderful organizations below to be taken to their website and a donation page. Every little bit helps. Thank You!
Have you ever wondered how these towers are constructed? You've probably driven by dozens of them in the past and if the question of how they get there and does it involve brave (crazy) people to make it happen ever crossed your mind...yes it does! Jim just happened to be lucky enough to pass by as one was being constructed and was able to get these fantastic pictures.
