DA Doorley Apologizes for Conduct During Webster Traffic Stop

Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley says she is humbled by her stupidity and is apologizing for her conduct during the traffic stop last Monday at her home in Webster.

She has issued a video statement, one minute and 47 seconds long, stating she has already apologized to the police officer she was seen berating in a body camera video.

Doorley says she is self-reporting her conduct to the grievance committee and referring the entire matter to an unnamed District Attorney for review. And she says she will undergo ethics training.

She did not say if she will be taking questions from reporters.
