A Clifton Springs man has been arrested on a murder charge for the homicide Sunday night outside the Pinnacle Place apartments on South Clinton Avenue.
Fifty-four-year-old Mark Burdick is charged in the stabbing death of 53-year-old acquaintance Myron Fair during an argument in a car.
Burdick was spotted last night on Murray Street driving the car. He tried to back down the street in reverse, but hit a curb and was taken into custody.
He is being held without bail.
