A man and woman in Seneca Falls are facing child endangerment charges after police found a child at their home impaired by drugs.
Police say the child was in need of immediate medical attention Friday, and the couple tried to stop officers from getting to the child's room.
The child was treated at the hospital and is now in the care of Child Protective Services.
Officers found cocaine in the house near another child.
Forty-two-year-old Earl Heath and 32-year-old Angelia Ely are facing charges.
