Rochester Man Gets 30 Years for Fatal Shooting at Fast Food Restaurant

A Rochester man will serve 30 years in prison for a fatal shooting at a fast food restaurant.

Nineteen-year-old Dashaun Tubbs pleaded guilty to manslaughter last month.

Prosecutors say Tubbs gunned down Sideic Robinson in January, as Robinson was finishing his shift at the Burger King on Lyell Avenue, in what was a targeted shooting.

Tubbs was also charged in a non-fatal February shooting of a 17-year-old on St. James Street.
