Source of A Gun Tied to Alleged Killer Kelvin Vickers Revealed

We now know the source of at least one of the five guns tied to alleged three-time killer Kelvin Vickers.

Details were redacted in a gun crime report in June that was commissioned by the city -- but News10NBC reports footnotes that weren't blacked out indicate the gun came from a pawn shop in Atlanta.

The owner of the Arrowhead Pawn Shop told the station he's aware of the connection to Rochester and is sorry about it. But he says his store can't control it when a gun it sells legally ends up in someone else's hands.

A New York Daily News story in 2010 reported that Arrowhead was the leading out-of-state source of crime guns recovered by police in New York City.
