Rochester police have announced the arrest of a city teen in a homicide earlier this month on the city's northeast side.
16-year-old Al Oliver II is charged with 2nd-degree murder and 2 gun crimes.
Police say he gunned down 18-year-old Divine Calloway August 10th near 2nd Street and Central Park.
An altercation between Calloway and Oliver apparently led to the shooting.
Oliver was arrested Monday in Florida with an allegedly stolen gun.
He'll be extradited back to Rochester to face the charges.
