District Attorney Investigating Greece Town Supervisor Allegations

An investigation is reportedly underway to determine if criminal charges should be filed over allegations made by a former Greece town employee.

As first reported by News 10, the District Attorney's office is looking at whether Town Supervisor Bill Reilich forced Bobby Johnson to work weekends repairing Reilich's classic cars without pay.

Johnson filed a lawsuit this week, seeking $5 million back pay, benefits, and damages.

He also accuses the town of canceling his raise when he brought up concerns to supervisors, and also says the town wouldn't let him file for retiree health benefits.
