Today marks the start of Rochester's third annual #DouglassWeek -- celebrating the legacy of abolitionist Frederick Douglass.
Plans call for more than 40 in-person and virtual talks and performances commemorating the life and achievements of Douglass and his family, and other historical changemakers
Local activities include talks on the Underground Railroad, a 5K walk/run, and a commemoration at the Douglass gravesite.
