The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says a home health care aide swindled an elderly Pittsford woman out of $60,000.
60-year-old Alpha Harris allegedly stole the money out of the 90-year-old victim's checking account over several months.
A bank employee noticed suspicious activity on the account and tipped off authorities.
Harris is charged with 2nd-degree grand larceny.
