East Rochester police have arrested several teenagers for stealing cars from a dealership and hitting an East Rochester police officer as they got away.
The thefts happened early Saturday morning at the Vision Kia dealership.
The officer was hit when he saw the thieves and got out of his car.
The two fleeing cars crashed moments later.
The teens are between the ages of 13 and 15.
The officer was checked out at the hospital.
