Rochester police have arrested the owner of a vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run
Thirty-eight-year-old Fatimah Holiday is charged with felony insurance fraud and hindering prosecution.
Police say she has not fully cooperated with the investigation, and they are still looking for a person of interest.
Victim Richard Massey Jr. was killed around 2 a.m. on February 6.
He had stopped to help at a crash scene on North Winton Road, when one of the vehicles involved in the crash hit him and drove away.
The person of interest is a man photographed before the crash at the Blossom Road Pub.
