Cuomo Won't Be on Democratic Ballot

Former Governor Andrew Cuomo will not be on the Democratic primary ballot for governor come June.

Thursday was the last day Cuomo could have filed a petition and handed in the needed signatures to take part in the primary.

Some people who know the disgraced ex-governor say he may be mulling over a third-party run for his old job.

He would have until May 31 to gather 45,000 petition signatures to run as an Independent candidate in the November election.

Cuomo resigned last summer amid a sexual harassment scandal.
