Man Found Guilty In Beating Death of Girlfriend's Three Year Old Child

A jury has found Anthony Love guilty in the beating death of three-year-old Kei'mere Marshall, but of manslaughter, NOT second-degree murder.

Prosecutor Sara Van Strydonck doesn't agree with the verdict.

She says she presented enough evidence to show Love's depravity, and she believes there was more depravity in this case than many others she's handled.

Love was watching the boy for his girlfriend, and he had claimed the boy fell down the stairs.

The boy's mother, Andrea Lipton, will go on trial in the spring for manslaughter. She's accused of not acting quickly to get help for her son.
