Fire Engine Crash

Rochester firefighters say no one was hurt when an engine collided with a civilian vehicle while responding to a fire.

The crash happened around 5:30 yesterday afternoon on South Clinton Avenue. The vehicle turned in front of the engine, while the engine was heading to Highland Parkway.

The fire broke out in a two-story attached townhouse and was brought under control in 25 minutes.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
