American Hockey League Games Postponed by COVID

The American Hockey League is postponing games involving the Rochester Americans because of COVID-19 protocols.

The league isn't saying if there's been a COVID outbreak among the players or coaching staff. It does say games between the Amerks, the Hartford Wolf Pack and the Springfield Thunderbirds have been postponed through December 4th. Games with the Hershey Bears and Providence Bruins have been postponed through December 5th.

All five teams will be following enhanced COVID protocols under direction of their team medical staffs and the AHL.

This evening's game against Syracuse has been postponed and a makeup date has not been scheduled so far.
